Warranty period
The AYORA LED Combo is intended to be offered with a 24-month warranty from purchase date, subject to the final invoice and written warranty card.
How to request support
- Keep the invoice/order confirmation and packaging.
- Contact support with order number, purchase date, product photos and issue description.
- Wait for instructions before shipping the item.
Coverage and exclusions
The final policy must specify covered defects, exclusions, inspection, replacement method, shipping responsibility and turnaround time. Do not promise unconditional replacement until confirmed by the supplier.
Safety
Do not open or modify electrical products. Stop using a damaged product and follow supplied instructions.
